The summer season begins this weekend with Memorial Day and weather is forecasted to be very nice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This means, dust off those grills and fire them up! Burgers: Wines that stand up to the flavors, toppings, & ingredients in a burger.
Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Monastrell, Malbec, Syrah, Zinfandel (w/ barbecue sauce)
Fish: Wines that are medium bodied that will retain a little acidity.
